Hello! My name is Noah Richards and I am three years into my career as a sales professional. I am passionate about the problem-solving, relationship-building, and presentation/demonstrative skills required to meet a consumer's needs. The majority of my sales experience involves automotive sales, including direct sales at Kendall Toyota of Bend and sales training at the Elliott Group. I grew up in Sisters, Oregon and was blessed to have the opportunity to work at Kendall Toyota of Bend shortly after the pandemic disrupted my path to higher education at Chemeketa Community College. I quickly fell in love with the fast-paced atmosphere, growth opportunities, and ability to build relationships with customers. Whether it was a family that needed a reliable vehicle to get their kids to school or an individual that had been saving up for their dream car, I found the most success in identifying their needs and overcoming the objections that come with the car-buying process. I enjoy the collaborative experience that starts with the consumer, leads in to communication with the management team, and getting them off the lot in a seamless, honest transaction. Due to my success in these areas, I have finished in the top three for units sold and gross income for Kendall Auto Group since 2021. Prior to my sales experience, I was a student at the Cloverdale Fire Station working to become an EMT. In my time at Cloverdale, I obtained certifications such as CPR and Wild Land firefighting. As I grow in my career as a sales professional, I would like to continue on a path that satisfies all of my passions. After a recent experience at St. Charles for personal medical issues, I would like to grow in a career that utilizes my sales experience and helps people at a greater scale. I have found an interest in the medical field but am open to opportunities that will help me reach the next level. I am passionate about organizations that will help others lead an active, healthy lifestyle or support consumers in obtaining products and services that add value to them.
