• Participate in salary surveys & prepares data for entry• Use surveys to market price jobs based on job description and company compensation philosophy• Stay updated and informing the team about governmental regulations regarding pay and employment, such as FLSA and minimum wage laws.• Work with the business to create and implement employee incentive plans• Assist with the development of talent acquisition and retention strategies• Manage internal job description system and update job description database• Participating in development and administration of compensation system, including testing, ad hoc troubleshooting, data governance, and other required tasks.• Manipulate and summarize large batch data sets in excel.

Responsibilities included loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, auditing, general housekeeping, kitting, inbound processing, scanning orders, shipping and receiving, put-a-way, data entry into computerized inventory control systems and inventory control. In addition, operating powered equipment such as a forklift or hydraulic jack lift to perform duties.
