Food And Beverage Supervisor
- Training of Dining Room and Terrace personnel; develop and supervise an effective service team to exceed performance expectations by establishing and maintaining standards/policies and enhance a positive work environment.- Set floor plan according to staffing levels and expected volumes, arrange reservations and assign sections with an orderly floor plan as per the reservation book.- Assist in the control of departmental budget by monitoring use of overtime, tracking of scheduled hours, managing operating expenses, etc.Promote and maintain the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all members/ guests and fellow employees.- Communicate with the Kitchen on a regular basis for features, special requests, 86’d items.Ensure all service standards as per club policy manual are adhered to.- Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies, creating and maintaining bar menus, feature cocktails and beer specials.- Administrative duties including but not limited to ordering, schedules, maintaining POS, Liaise with the Event Manager regarding Events to ensure set up, expediting and closing duties are seamless.
