The VLA program offers distinct six-month rotations across four core competencies: Client Centricity, Product Development, Financial and Data Acumen, and Strategic Thinking.Rotation #1: Strategic Thinking — Global Client Team, Strategy and Operations

-Facilitates weekly Student Board Meetings and create the agenda-Serves as the public face of Hillel; is a regular presence in the building and at Hillel initiatives-Works closely with community stakeholders, campus leaders, and campus administrators to support Jewish life at Cal-Meets with other student leaders, both Jewish and non-Jewish; networks and collaborates with groups outside of the Jewish community on campus-Plans, implements, and hosts events and programs throughout the semester-Drives and supports student-initiated events at Hillel-Coordinates Student Board presence at weekly programs, Holidays, and student initiatives
