Possessing a strong aptitude for financial management and accounting, and equally talented at critical thinking, I augment these skills with a natural affinity for sales and negotiation. My current responsibilities at Integrated Realty Resources, LLC (IRR) are broad and allow me the opportunity to collectively apply these disciplines in various capacities. My duties in accounting include drafting budgets, leases, and memos for our client’s commercial properties. Each document captures important client-specific provisions and requirements. Within the different leases and budgets, and by working alongside our experienced team, I gain first-hand knowledge in all related aspects of accommodating client stipulations within a changing marketplace. Factoring in the differences of how leases are structured between commercial and residential properties, and how tenant turnover affects revenue and net operating income complements my predominant abilities. Professional interest in facilities and asset management is further enhanced by shadowing senior management when meeting with commercial and residential building owners and tenants. Similarly, I’ve had the privilege of meeting accomplished masters from the banking vertical to other asset management companies. By adapting my public speaking abilities in these real-world circumstances, this practice is central to offering additional value to our clients and building owners, as well as developing solid relationships with specialists in those, and other, collateral businesses. In March of 2022, I earned my New Hampshire real estate license. I hope to build on that by taking a more active role in IRR’s commercial and residential property acquisitions and management. In time, my goal is to expand into a commercial real estate brokerage or put it toward 1031 exchange expertise.While studying for my undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management at Keene State College, I had the privilege of accelerating my accounting classes during my sophomore year in the Capstone program, which is usually reserved for the senior year of study. For four of six semesters, I was a teacher’s assistant in accounting and money management, as well as for public speaking.
