- Diablo Industrial Services specializes in temporary barrier installation, specifically for roadworks to protect workers.- Successful in liaising with other contractors, upper management at Diablo, upper management for other companies and on site workers.- Leading multi disciplinary, medium scale teams on site in order to achieve a common goal.- Reading through a number of documents and plans in order to develop a real, executable plan and sharing this plan with everybody else and explaining it, so that everybody is on the same page.- Analysing issues that arise and determining how to overcome them.- Ensuring the safety of my team, myself and everybody around.- Ensuring compliance and quality of the product installed.- Properly training new personnel on site, ensuring they learn the safe, efficient and proper way of the works we carry out.

Working as a rigger taught me to tackle complex situations in high risk environments across Perth. This helped me further expand my knowledge within the industry and as a rigger.
