As Programme Director, I have set up The Courtauld Spotlight as student-led programme to develop engagement with Contemporary creative practice and critical perspectives from within the Institute and beyond. I have been responsible for arranging a partnership with The Courtuald's Research Forum, and sourcing additional funding from the Courtauld Students' Union. I have been the lead in terms of casting our panellists, event production and team management. Currently (10/24), there are 7 volunteer workers within the team I manage (Casting Liaison, Production Manager, Staff Writer, Copy Editor, Content and Outreach Lead, Events Assistant and Digital Assistant), we meet bi-weekly and I set their monthly deliverables in accordance with our programmed events; Panel-Conversations, Gallery Opening Tours, Exhibition Visits and Artist Takeovers).

Community building project of 100 Queer Artists, Performers and Community Leaders. Sharing access to resources and demonstrating appropriate vetting processes for events and communication directed towards 18-25 year olds. Followed by collaborative sensitivity panels, research surveys and data collection from event organisations, the project promoted safe travel and exploration within Europe, encouraged the sharing of resources and fostered an interest in the arts & culture scene.
