Creativity and communication have always been at the forefront of values I hold dear. These values haveallowed me to succeed not just throughout school but also in my jobs and internships. I have found thatsuccessfully combining these traits with the ability to adapt and a good work ethic has allowed me toflourish in meeting and collaborating with people in many different jobs. These job titles include a Digital Marketing Intern for Sandhills Global, a Sales Associate for Dick’s Sporting Goods, and a Marketing Intern for Sodexo. These jobs have helped me gain experiences in many aspects such as: gaining technical skills in applications like Google Analytics, improving teamwork in stressful environments, and building upon my ability to adapt.My abundance of work in different fields has taught me the importance of being a quick learner and how vital this skill can be for success. My internship at Sandhills Global has developed this skill further as I learn many applications and skills that will be important for my future career such as Google Analytics,Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, etc.In the future, my goal is to have a career in sports marketing for a major sports organization such as theNBA or the NFL. To accomplish this goal, I plan to build my connections and experiences to ensure thepath to a sports marketing career is clear.
