- Communicate with clients to diagnose technical issues through live chat, telephone, and email- Educate customers on methods to solve software and hardware issues- Document important information such as solutions to issues and passwords- Use RMM tools to remotely troubleshoot- Work together with other team members of various positions to find solutions to more complex issues- Monitor support queue to respond to clients promptly once notified of an issue- Oversee performance of computer, server and file systems- Understand our clients' businesses and how IT relates to their strategy, goals, and operations- Manage email accounts from Google and Office 365- Manage VOIP telephone systems- Manage router and firewall configuration- Work with Windows Server and it's various components such as Active Directory and Group Policy- Use Powershell commands and scripts to implement solutions for Windows or Office 365
