Noah is a trilingual professional with decades of international experience advancing the fields of social science and education. His leadership, analytic and communicative skills have been acquired in the roles of director, consultant, lecturer and teacher, as well as those of poet, public speaker and synagogue board member. His background includes a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in History. He has experience with both the public and private sectors, including government and industry. As a pedagogue, he has mentored generations of university professors and high school teachers. He has authored and co-authored numerous university and secondary programs.
