Digital Sales Manager, Inbound Accountant
Current- Responsible for a team of 6 inbound phone sales consultants and 4 inbound chat consultants tasked with having consultative conversations with accountants and their clients to right fit them with QuickBooks full.
- FY23 Platinum Club Winner 118.9% ITQ Q1 and Q3 Top performing Small Firm Accountant team in FY23
- Implement the GROW coaching methodology in weekly meetings with each sales consultant to create coaching plans to target skill gaps.
- Lead peers in weekly call calibrations to align on conversation scorecard used to score consultant calls.
- Conduct interviews with potential new hires to identify individuals that match the values and skillset required for the Digital Sales Consultant role.
