As a Records Administrator, I am responsible for maintaining student information, connecting students to their clinical instructors in the school's system, and assisting in processing educational reimbursements for educators. I keep the records for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy students at the university's St. Augustine, Florida campus, as well as assisting the Nursing and Speech-Language Pathology programs with duties relating to USA's Educational Support Plan.I have worked beyond my duties in multiple instances to help improve the processes of the Clinical Services department, while at times also assisting my peers in their duties during times of rapid change. One instance of my work to improve the department's performance is my role as part of a team whose purpose was to guide the development of the university's CORE ELMS system to its 2.0 version. This guidance was critical in tailoring the system to everyone's needs.
