Safety Officer, Mechanical Engineer with knowledge in construction software’s such as AutoCAD, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, Microsoft Office being some of themAfter completing bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, I wanted to focus my career on Health and Safety and so took up various courses such as IOSH, Nebosh IGC, and as per now, pursuing master’s in occupational health and Safety and Environmental Management. Transitioning from one career to another was one of the most impelling transitions of my life. When I am not on the job, I would like to indulge myself in reading, listening to music and spending time with family and friends which balances my mental health. I find myself particularly good at football and chess as I am in love with both the sport since childhood. I am proud to say that I got all my cooking skill thanks to my mother as she loves to make me her assistant.Even though I started my journey as an mechanical engineer, once when I was assigned as a safety supervisor, there was an incident that opened my eyes and made me sure that my heart is on Health and Safety. One of co-worker had suffered an injury at the time of work. The co-worker fortunately did not have a major injury.
