As an international MSc graduate at the University of Edinburgh with prior HR and data analysis experience, I have the knowledge and drive to build transformative HR policy that is validated by data. While communicating effectively to increase sustainable business performance I strive to implement data-driven decision making. Furthermore, through my cross-cultural communication, analytical skill, and leadership ability I will provide value.As such, cross-cultural communication is one of the biggest forces in this globalizing and increasingly digital world.
