- Provide direct oversight to a multi-shift workforce in the maintenance of a multi-million dollar fleet of heavy construction equipment, as well as equipment specific to the manufacture of precast concrete products. - Co-chair Lean Manufacturing Committee, responsible for continuous improvement of plant operations.
