I was the athletes' and coaches' primary point of contact regarding all medical, licensing, and any other questions they had regarding the event. I was responsible for sending out all emails regarding any information about weigh-ins, locations, and requirements from the commission. Throughout this event, I worked closely with the Kentucky State Athletic Commission to ensure this event could happen and run smoothly. On the operations and event management side, I helped coordinate all volunteers on the day of the fight, set up warm-up rooms, concession stands, and doctor's rooms, and set up the venue for weigh-ins and fight day. I was also in charge of handling any issues that occured during weigh ins and the fight.

- Responsible for taking meeting minutes at both executive and chapter meetings - Coordinate the alumni newsletter for each semester- Ensure all upcoming events are recorded on the calendar

- Create a database of all signed fighters under Aronov Agencies, both professional and amateur- Travel to gyms throughout the region to scout prospects - Find potential sponsors - Create a constant line of contact between fighters to ensure clear communication regarding any questions, information, or disputes they have

- Ensure necessary equipment was acquired and on-site for the day of the event- Compile data sheets with fighter pay and compensation based upon the agreed terms in their contracts - Collaborate with the matchmaker and head event coordinator to clarify any misunderstandings or ambiguous language in fighter contracts- Complete any other tasks assigned to me

- Organized and executed events inspired by Israeli Politics and events that are currently happening or that have happened in the Middle East- Oversaw the execution of tabling on campus- Coordinated events with other organizations on campus

- Supporting social media campaigns and the company community team - Sourcing through data and inputting the necessary leads- Assist in acquiring business development leads- Use AirTable to retrieve the content submitted by athletes and share it with the relevant company for their deal - Use the Salesforce system to contact and notify athletes about upcoming deadlines regarding their content

- Informed the Greek organizations on campus about upcoming events put on by Chabad on campus- Collaborated with Greek organizations to coordinate and execute events at the Greek organizations on house or place where they host activities

- Oversaw supervision of the computer labs during my scheduled shifts- Assisted the Student-Athlete Support Services counselor for the sports assigned - Documented and recorded the number of athletes in the computer labs and tutoring centers at the half-hour and top of every hour- Assisted with the Ipad and book collection and distribution program

- Participated in planning Judaic and community service-based events for over 150 teenagers from Arizona, Nevada, and Utah throughout a full-year term - Responsible for ensuring chapters fulfilled community service and outreach requirements, planning Judaic programs, and combatting Anti-Semitisim
