- Guided and managed over 70 personnel in aircraft carrier arresting gear and visual landing aids maintenance.- Ensured all department Information Technology requirements were coordinated and operating properly.- Led and managed over 80 personnel in ship firefighting and damage control.

Trained and designated a U.S. Naval Aviator in 2009, achieving qualifications as an Instructor Pilot, Weapons and Tactics Instructor, and Maintenance Check Pilot. Accumulated over 1,700 training and forward deployed flight hours.

- Organized, developed, and taught the annual EP-3E aircraft training curriculum. Consisting of two courses across three geographic locations, the curriculum produced qualified EP-3E aircraft instructors.- Responsible for all curriculum management, network and security clearance coordination, and aviation operations.- Directly coordinated the offsite joint service live flight training event.

- Lead facilitator for training and large flight events to support aircraft systems test and evaluation.- Managed and reported aircraft simulator utilization rates and yearly aircraft simulator budget.- Worked directly with the Civilian Contract Officer on all matters involving civilian support for simulator operation, maintenance, and facilities management.

- Responsible for diplomatic clearance coordination, aircraft maintenance coordination, personnel movement and administration, and the 11,000 hour annual flight hour budget.- Tracked and maintained global flight operations requirements, and led the flight operations team to produce the monthly, weekly, and daily flight operations schedule.- Reported directly to the Commanding Officer on flight operations matters to support customer driven deadlines.

- Mentored and managed 25 maintenance technicians in support of aircraft requirements.- Tracked training data and ensured the qualification of aircraft maintenance in support of flight operations.
