As Head Production Artist & Designer I collaborated closely with the Art Director & CMO on design direction, brand building, package design, print & digital advertisements. I was also responsible for preparation of final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.

My Responsibilities in this role included, team leadership & bringing design solutions to life which adhered to marketing strategies and business goals. I worked hands-on with the Marketing Director & clients to develop branding and packaging solutions. I was also charged with providing design direction and training to junior level designers in order to achieve refined creatives. A large part of this position was to develop Mile High Labs’ white label & private label department processes. Once built out, I worked to oversee and manage the process from project inception to product shipment. In order to do so successfully, I had to effectively communicate and manage cross-functional teams within the company to deliver client product, branding and packaging projects.
