Administering over 30 invoices monthly including: Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Expense invoices. Drafting over $2.5 million worth of invoices monthly. Helped support over 225 candidates for my assigned Account Executive on a day-to-day basis. Communicated with clients and candidates regarding timesheet approval, job opportunities, and reference checks. Averaged 30 job posts a week to help fill Account Executives open positions. Provided detailed and professional instruction for ages (4 - 18) on various swimming strokes and techniques for 70 plus swimmers. Coached different level swimmers; developed and maintained close relationships with swimmers and parents. Administered placement of swimmers for weekly swim meets on the swim team database.
