In my current position I recruit kids and volunteers, start new scouting groups, coordinate events and programs, fundraise over $100,000 to support those programs, and much more. I cover 7 counties with over 500 youth and 300 volunteers to support. I love all people and each unique community. Our programs are designed to give youth the confidence and skills they need to succeed and live healthy - mind, body, soul, and community.In my previous work, I would interact with 100’s of people a day and learned great people skills while managing a small store.I also was a lifeguard which taught me to be calm and follow extensive procedures under life and death pressure.Lastly, I’ve volunteered in numerous rolls from youth help, to field trips, to item sorting, to rotary board member and committee chair, and much more.
