Managing all production needs and schedules from beginning to shipping as well as the people that perform those duties.

As K-form focuses on continual improvement with ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing; the need for developement, improvement, and implementation of new processes is needed. I help spear-head new changes directly on the manufacturing floor and train our staff in our new changes.

As an internal auditor, I help maintain K-form's quality system by ensuring adherence to the ISO 9001 standard. Internal audits are performed twice a year in preparation for our reapplication to ISO.

I have helped implement and maintain new tooling and machining technologies including tool/workholding standardization as well as 5-axis milling. I started as an apprentice in 2006 and since then have learned to program and create extremely complex and quality products either for K-form or one of our many customers.
