Growing up in Hudson, Wisconsin, I have always strived to put my best foot forward in everything I do. This commitment has manifested itself through my involvement in various organizations.To start, volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, an organization dedicated to ending hunger worldwide, has profoundly influenced both my lifestyle and my thinking. Additionally, throughout high school and college, I worked at Jimmy John's and Culver's, gaining valuable experience in customer service and teamwork. I am enthusiastic about continuing to pursue my passions and making a positive impact in my community and beyond.During my time here at Indiana University, I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds that college brings together. Through these experiences, I have forged relationships that I will cherish forever.As a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, I thrive in collaborative environments as well as competitive environments as sports have brought out the fire in me to always fight for the number one spot. Also, using my ability to communicate effectively and foster a culture of trust and respect, I have been able to successfully lead teams to success hence our soccer team making it the farthest we had ever had in school history. However, I continue to find out more ways for me to better myself in these respects.
