As the Chancellery Research & Enterprise Research Investment Strategy Advisor, I was responsible for delivering advanced financial data analytics for a variety of major investment initiatives.I developed data science-based models using R and Python to manage complex datasets and forecast the financial impact of ongoing commitments. My work included building automation tools in Python to streamline the generation of monthly reports, complete with a custom-built GUI that enabled users to run data cleaning and modelling processes through intuitive inputs.Utilising RStudio and Shiny, I created dynamic dashboards that served as front-end interfaces for my models, allowing users to input various parameters and scenarios, which then produced detailed analyses and automatically generated reports in Excel, Word, and PDF formats.In this role, I also developed scenario-based models using Python and R, leveraging SQL to extract and manipulate the necessary data, ensuring robust and reliable outputs.
