Case IH Axial-Flow 150 series and 250 series combines. Work closely with design engineering, logistics, and quality departments on technical changes of the combine and developing processes. Assist in the development of new products by providing manufacturing requirements and feedback. Provide production support in areas of safety, quality, throughput improvement, line balancing, tooling engineering, inventory management, and cost optimization. Develop and implement capital projects, tools, or processes to improve material flow and reduce floor space requirements as well as increase the safety, efficiency, and quality of production operators. Lead or assist in the design of tooling used in all phases of the manufacturing process, including fabrication, welding, and assembly. Analyze, document, investigate, and implement corrections for process failures and initiate and implement cost reductions.
