As Senior Director of Brand & Communications at Siemens Digital Industries Software, I lead a worldwide team responsible for public relations, analyst relations, social media and reputation campaigns -- where we leverage paid media, owned media, earned media, social media and influencers to raise awareness and create preference for Siemens' industrial software solutions.Previously Director of Social Media and Communications at Autodesk, the world's leading design software company, I wore many hats -- from storyteller, strategic communications consultant, mentor & manager to social media expert, digital marketing leader and spin doctor -- all in service of increasing awareness, driving marketing excellence, and building the Autodesk brand. I’ve worked with technology clients ranging from global industry leaders to stealth-mode start-ups through Fuego Communications and at PR agencies including Fleishman Hillard, GCI Group and Applied Communications (now Bite PR). Having completed an MBA in International Management at the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands and an assignment for Autodesk in EMEA, I am always open to hearing about global opportunities in digital marketing, social media and communications .
