I was a technical lead for over the air update service which delivered software updates to augmented reality glasses across multiple realms. Built infrastructure framework for validation of vendor hardware.

I was the technical lead for a cross platform distributed control plane service running on bare-metal, which provides multiple agents, a single highly-reliable, fault-tolerant messaging pipeline for all Azure host machines. Drove team direction in order to enable partner services, messaging protocols, security, monitoring, and telemetry analytics to gain deep insights of the health of the service running at high scale. I built the platform library for communicating with Pub/Sub in Azure for ring 0 services.

In this role I was responsible for building web-based services for Office 365 Small Business. I designed a multi tiered architecture which integrated with existing Exchange services and was optimized for the mobile experience. I Implemented solutions for analyzing service logs when running at scale.

In this role I built a distributed system for diagnosing, monitoring, and remediating computer health in the private cloud. I created a root cause analysis expert system to diagnose failure(s) in the complex subsystems (i.e. storage). Related different subsystems (storage, compute, and networking) together to better understand the overall health of the entire system. I also implemented the management components for Windows Failover Cluster and built optimizations in the service and drivers in order to efficiently handle large data sets. I created a C++ infrastructure for WMI providers and client libraries including a multi language code generator to build strongly typed classes against the WMI schema. This improved developer efficiency and correctness.

I Built a test framework for scheduling, executing, and reporting results of stress testing including monitoring performance of existing web sites at scale. I developed a test harness which reads web server logs and replays the requests to stress servers at different latencies which reduces the need to run tests by 30x. Created new tooling support scheduling, execution, and reporting of stress tests.

I created components of a medical practice management CRM system in C# using .NET web services to communicate with the backed. Created CRUD web API(s) for interacting with the data model.
