Purpose of Role: Identify and improve unit-wide business processes and integration of systems and tools to bridge process gaps to achieve organizational and business objectives and effectively manage cross-team workflows.Role Responsibilities:• Provide programmatic administration of unit-wide Salesforce application. Provide ongoing review of system administration, including data hygiene and sourcing, programmatic application in existing and burgeoning business processes, and user education and application. Serve as location subject matter expert. Additionally, serve as product owner of Smartsheet for the unit.• Collaborate and consult with unit stakeholders and unit teams to surface, analyze, and implement solutions and tools to optimize workflows. Evaluate business needs and requirements to define strategic solutions designed for maximum efficiencies and benefits unit-wide.• Identify and develop effective strategies, new concepts, and workflow models for greater efficiency and understanding of central business processes. Project and assess active business processes and pipeline for planning and tracking.• Recognize, identify, and anticipate problematic situations, magnify/mitigate risks and impact, make sound decisions, take corrective action for issue resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and resolve conflicts to produce successful outcomes.• Develop and leverage best practices to create a consistent business analysis methodology and process that can be applied and administered for solution bearing outcomes and implementation. Create and maintain quality business process documentation and assets to ensure transparency, consistency, and requirements gathering of critical business needs.
