Engaged in all aspects of forming and managing a specialized early-stage venture capital fund, including: - Developing a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of the space industry, including historical technical approaches and government organizations/contracting processes. - Designing and executing diligence processes across multiple iterations, including creating internal modeling tools and managing diligence collaboration with technical partners at Stellar Solutions. - Serving as the primary stakeholder responsible for sourcing deals, creating internal documentation, and assisting with portfolio management. - Building and engaging a network of investment partners for co-investment opportunities and deal sourcing. - Assisting in the development of deployment strategies, as well as tracking and modeling tools. - Collaborating closely with partners and founders to ensure portfolio success. - Representing Stellar Ventures by identifying and attending relevant industry events.
