The Marketing Art Director owns the ideation and design of breakthrough marketing materials for the North America market to raise brand awareness and boost sales activations.Working closely with the Global Head of Design, this role focuses on working side by side with a team of talented marketers to bring their narratives to life through a wide range of field marketing collaterals.The Marketing Art Director leads all stages of the creative process, ranging from brainstorming groundbreaking new storytelling concepts to crafting and animating next-gen of marketing collaterals, product demos, and high profile thought leadership materials. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling the regional marketing function to successfully launch new products and features and grow supply and demand client adoption for the North America region across the three distinct business segments: Publisher, Performance Advertising and Brand Advertising.The Marketing Art Director partners with a talented team of designers and developers part of InMobi's global marketing organization to construct creative and interactive marketing solutions that impact InMobi's global brand through their digital marketing channels including the InMobi website, blog, and social media channels.

Manage a global design team, and maintain a design system. Create a design requestplatform for all dapartments needing creative help. Manage direct reports for the designers,and present ideas and storyboarding for mobile ads, mobile apps, and more. Maintainthe company’s brand identity, and expand on it’s global presence. Bring OKRs to theforefront, and balance the needs between business and creative. Show prototypeimplementation and present website visualization. Manage a design budget and maintainvendor relationships. Present metrics and stats to prove authenticity and understandingof InMobi’s mission.
