-Built and led an integrated "Ways We Work & Where (W4)" employee culture platform across corporate functions to develop and oversee a framework of test, learn & iterate as the new normal, through and beyond the pandemic.-Led the design and execution of Scotiabank's approach for Return to Office (RTO) in scale and supporting "one size doesn't fit all" hybrid-as-primary flexible work arrangements.-Created business-tailored change management strategies and plans, including leader & employee toolkits, to support effective hybrid working.-Oversaw the launch of Scotiabank's new "Regional Hub" strategy, targeting key locations for in-demand remote-first roles and further evolve how and where Scotiabankers work.-Developed the Bank's framework for fully remote positions to address shifts in the talent market.-Co-chaired the W4 Executive Steering Committee to drive underlying programs: Activity Based Workplace Transformation, Scotiabank North, Return to Office, Ways We Work, Where We Work, Digital Workspace, and Inclusive W4.-Spoke at Worktech 20 Global Edition, sharing Scotiabank's radical transformation of the workplace experience (noted by the CEO of "UnWork" as the best program he had seen).-Winner: 2022 Best Workplaces for Hybrid Work (Great Place To Work).
