After spending 8 transformative years in China, where I honed my skills across education, fitness, and entrepreneurship, I returned to the U.S. nearly two years ago to bring my unique blend of experience and drive to new challenges. My journey has been defined by a constant thread: rising quickly into leadership roles, driven by a relentless curiosity and a commitment to mastering whatever I set my mind to.From teaching English in international schools to managing and eventually founding my own fitness brand and studio, I’ve consistently embraced the hardest challenges because those are the ones that matter. I’ve learned to thrive in ambiguity, turning obstacles into opportunities, and always striving to find better, more efficient ways of doing things.Adept at recognizing my own weaknesses, I approach every new venture with the humility of a “Beginner’s Mind,” a concept from Buddhism that resonates deeply with me. This mindset keeps me open, adaptable, and constantly learning - traits that have allowed me to succeed across diverse fields and cultures.Now, as the Interior Design Department Manager at Carrot Top Designs, I’ve taken on the luxury design world, bringing structure and strategy to the beautiful 30A coastline, where we transform white sands into high-end homes and condos. I lead with a high level of self-responsibility, holding myself and my team to the highest standards.
