Raynor has transacted on over $250mm worth of real assets.Prior to starting his own business, he worked at Amherst Holdings and Eastern Consolidated where he originated, underwrote, negotiated and closed over $2bn worth of real estate across the country. He is a licensed real estate agent in AL, FL, GA, NC, NY, SC & TN. He received a BBA in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is also a fixture in NYC nightlife as a DJ.
