• Managed a project to create a new and updated system for encroachments, which included pay schedule, late fees, rate sheet, and legal documentation. Also, organized 1300+ active encroachments into a spreadsheet• Measured length and elevation of main line siding to do maximum speed calculations.• Creating an updated blueprint for all the train cars to be used for interior upgrades.• Developed a solution to an internal problem by creating a new system that helps organizes everything.

I assist with questions incoming and current students have that deal with the Office of Academic Affairs through phone calls and walk-ins. I also help the advisors and administration with any projects they need work done on.

I assist members with questions they have about memberships and other activities that happen at the gym. I also watch to make sure all individuals who enter the fitness center are currently a member.

Increasing levels of responsibility from counter orders, fry cook and pizza making to staff scheduling and training, managing shifts, resolving customer service issues, and stock inventory and ordering.
