I have had the privilege of serving as Chief Learning Officer twice, where I championed transformative learning and leadership development initiatives. These roles allowed me to experience firsthand the profound impact that strategic development programs can have on individual lives, team dynamics, and organizational culture.Throughout my career, I have played just about every role in the realm of leadership and learning, including design, coaching, facilitation, program management, and even delivering pizzas to training rooms. This hands-on experience has given me a unique perspective on the intricacies of learning and development and has reinforced my belief in the power of learning to transform lives and organizations. I have significant experience with upskilling in the digital world, including areas such as AI and cybersecurity, ensuring that teams are equipped to face the challenges of a rapidly evolving technological landscape.Whether through my consulting or in-house leadership roles, my focus has always been on empowering professionals to reach their highest potential and creating cultures where continuous learning is not just encouraged but a way of life.
