• M&A Deal Evaluation: Analyzed 100+ companies through the creation of databooks and high-level models which quantified enterprise value and highlighted quality of recurring revenue, pro-forma EBITDA adjustments/normalizations and customer churn. First point of contact for all opportunities, I recommended next steps, and I contributed to the successful signing of 4 Letters of Intent (LOIs).• Due Diligence: Involved in the detailed market diligence of 2 post-LOI deals.
