My strengths include leadership, being a hard-worker, and being personable. I work well with a team and I bring a leadership mentality to the table. I am good at delegating roles and taking responsibility when necessary. When I am faced with a difficult situation I use my communication skills to work with others to find a solution. One example of myself being a hard worker is being made apart of the Dean's List. I had to work very hard and spend many long nights studying. My work experience has helped me become more personable, and a better leader. In all jobs I have had, I have had to work with others, and directly interact with customers. This has taught me how to interact and be personable. Working with others to solve problems has taught me leadership. My top five values are honesty, respect, integrity, loyalty, and responsibility. Honesty and loyalty are the most important to me because they help build strong relationships in business.
