Collaborated with local youth center to enhance the development & structure of youth-based community programs. Developed a trusted relationship with the local youth center supervisor in order to accomplish goals by building meaningful programs for the community’s youth population (6-29 yrs.), to instill discipline, structure, and success. Appealed to the youth by building relationships and breaking down cultural barriers in and out of my community. Worked with professors and students from the American University Al Akhwayne to teach my community about volunteerism by giving back and helping their community through community service projects.  Motivated my villages local youth population to attend and invest in the programs designed to enhance their success.  Lead a group of about 5-10 local high school seniors every year to prepare for their final English exam which is required to graduate. All successfully passed and went on to university.  Identified and inspired young leaders to take responsibility in their community.  Became a trusted member of the community, instilled empathy and understanding. Through integrity and versatility
