- Implement and execute outfield defense strategy and mechanics along with daily drill work- Assist in development of all hitters through early work and individualized plans per each player- Prepare opponent pitchers scouting reports for game management and execution- Summer/fall camps coordinator; plan and execute all summer camps and clinics- Serve as on campus recruiting coordinator; tour recruits and prospects across campus grounds- Coach 1st Base

- Playing sports as student athlete at BYU I was awarded the privilege of coaching 200+ young athletes per week at a variety of camps and clinics that are put on by the Brigham Young athletic department each year. - Teaching is one of my roles with the BYU baseball team, and I assist in our camps and clinics each summer and fall. I oversaw the growth of 500+ high school sports athletes during our instructional fall baseball league. - Coaching these camps are important to growing the game of baseball across the state as well as in assistance to our recruiting efforts as a program. From our camps and clinics over the years we have signed 100+ players to scholarships because of their high skill level and project-ability.

Athletic Club Assistant Manager

- Oversaw maintenance projects for Maverik Gas Stations- Covered a territory of over 500 stores in 7 different states- Oversaw hiring of subcontractors for hundreds of projects outside of the Salt Lake City area

- As an assistant director for the Flower Mound Youth Sports Association, I directed the development of youth baseball events and tournaments. I managed concessions, umpires, coaches, players, and parents to make sure events ran smoothly. I scheduled tournaments with hundreds of teams ranging from ages of 7 to 15. - I oversaw the Event Management of a concert fundraiser held during the one week break. We raised funds for the youth sports initiative to fighting childhood obesity.

- As a YL student leader I assisted the staff in the design and execution of fun skits and games creating a fun place for 50 to 100 high school kids to unwind from the pressures of life every Monday night. Through my leadership and interpersonal skills our chapter was deemed the fastest growing chapter in the greater North TX area with an emphasis on relationship enhancement. - I assisted the YL staff in planning a small message about the light of the Gospel and encouraged students to be mindful of the role that Christ plays in their lives. I worked tirelessly through my relationship building and teamwork skills to enhance relationships with other chapters at rival high schools leading to the design of a 2000 person event.
