I did this by creatively selling mentorship programs, public masterclasses and events, and digital products like video courses and e-books, I published 20 books on Amazon, including the best-selling Billionaire Habits and Billionaire Codes by Dr. Stephen Akintayo.I, with my team, organized masterclasses with Grant Cardone, Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Robert Kiyosaki, Ryan Serhant, and some renowned Nigerian speakers with participants from everywhere in the world.I organized masterclasses in different countries; Nigeria, Dubai, Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, United Kingdom (London, Leeds, Liverpool, and Aberdeen), United States of America (Baltimore, New York, Georgia, Florida, and Minnesota). I got volunteers and directed them virtually. I managed the expansion of my Managing Director’s brand, Stephen Akintayo. I did this by getting him enlisted on the Forbes Business Council, writing his first published article on forbes.com, and writing social media and email content for daily engagement with his audience.I managed the firm’s e-learning platform, www.stephenakintayouniversity.com by ensuring new courses were added, new social media campaigns were organized to sell the university, and follow-up processes, including email campaign series, were done to maintain the momentum. I also organized weekly review classes with the students of the university. I worked with the video editing, graphics designers, and digital marketing teams for this. As of when I was relieved of this position, the university has over 15,000 students globally.
