▪ Collaborated with team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and various hiring teams across different business units to assist the end-to-end recruitment process through Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)▪ Employed strong organizational skills to manage several time-sensitive scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment (approximately 30-60 requests per week). ▪ Performed regular audits of our recruiting data within Greenhouse (ATS) in order to monitor data integrity and accuracy. Coordinated with various members of recruiting team to take the necessary corrective actions to ensure accurate data and reporting▪ Collaborated with the Recruitment team to configure, implement and integrate a new Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)▪ Performed regular reporting on recruitment data in Greenhouse (ATS) including but not limited to; weekly hiring data, candidate sourcing data, DEI pass through rates, employee referral bonus program data, etc. Administered these reports to various stakeholders across the different business units including; Finance, Recruitment Marketing & DEI▪ Updated and implemented new SOP’s for our internal interview scheduling process▪ Regularly attend recruitment events/trade-shows to discuss Kinaxis opportunities with students and other job-seekers▪ In addition to all responsibilities listed above, executed all responsibilities outlined under “Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Intern” below

▪ Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for several Co-Op/Intern requisitions. Tasks included, but were not limited to; collaborating with hiring managers across different business units to develop job descriptions, posting roles through Greenhouse (ATS), screening candidate resumes, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams, drafting and sending offer letters to successful candidates, & collaborating with onboarding and finance teams to process hires▪ Collaborated with Campus team to ensure exemplary student experience through; workshops with various team members on a range of topics such as; Public Speaking, Networking, LinkedIn Learning & Mentorship, Health and Wellness, organizing Q&A sessions between students and members of the Executive Leadership Team, facilitating social activities between the students; trivia, coffee-chats, virtual & in person game sessions, beginning of semester orientation and end-of-semester social celebrations
