Direct Report to CEO.Key Responsibilities:(1) Financial Analysis - Examine financial data and trends to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement. Utilize analytical tools to support in decision-making processes.(2) Budgeting & Forecasting - Work with various departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets. Monitor performance against budget and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.(3) Financial Modeling - Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios and initiatives. This includes sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment.(4) Cost Analysis - Analyze cost structures and cost drivers within the organization, identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.(5) Market Research - Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position. Provide recommendations based on this research.(6) Ad Hoc Analysis - Respond to specific requests for financial analysis from different departments and management, providing detailed and actionable insights.

- Responsible for financial oversight of The Club, which includes reviewing monthly financial statements, presenting results to the board, consulting with CEO on financial decisions, etc. - Participate in preparation and adherence to annual budget, assist in allocating capital for Club improvements, short term investments, and maintain banking relationships. - Provide additional support as necessary.

Sit on The Club’s Finance Committee, provide guidance and oversight as appropriate for all financial decisions.

Bought my first SF investment property at the age of 23 in March 2021.To date, I own 2 SF rental properties with a combined value of $400k+.I also flipped a home with a partner in May 2022 for a 57% return on my invested capital.

July 2018 - March 2019:Built a financial media company in my dorm room at Northwood University. Within a 6 month timeframe, the brand had accumulated over 125,000 followers across all social media platforms (primarily Instagram) and was generating 50 million impressions a month across 100 countries. To date, the brand has generated more than 750 million impressions around the world. The brand was also netting $3,000 per month through advertisements and sponsorships by the time I sold it to Grit Capital, a major financial media brand based out of Toronto, Canada.I still do consulting work for Grit from time to time.June 2019 - January 2020:Built an eCommerce consulting firm named Meridian Marketing. This was a service based business that focused on social media marketing, sales copywriting, and content creation. At our peak, we had 3 clients. By the time we ceased operations due to burnout and lack of fulfillment, the company was netting $20,000 per month.February 2020 - September 2020:Had an online friend based in Northern Ireland that I met through my first business that persuaded me to acquire and revive a failing financial media brand. So we did, and together we built the brand from 8,000 followers to over 100,000 followers. To date, the brand has generated over 500 million impressions worldwide. My partner bought me out in September 2020 due to conflicts with my career.
