As CTO, I lead software, automation, and cybersecurity efforts while also contributing to general business strategy more broadly.Software & automation:• Augmented and/or deprecated legacy software stack to increase throughput.• Built an internal set of software tools to reduce the hassle factor and error rates for key lab processes• Lead integrations with client IT systems across a variety of technologies.• Assembled an outsourced team of automation experts to consistently deliver new automation protocols.Cybersecurity & compliance:• Prepared tech stack for HIPAA compliance audits from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the New York State Department of Health.• Rapidly assembled cybersecurity policy framework aligned to ISO 27001 to secure a relationship with a key industry partner• Supported cybersecurity questionnaires from new clients.• Lead search and onboarding of a Managed Service Provider, including 24/7 Security Operations & Security Center, 50% under budget.General business strategy:• Lead negotiations for phantom equity plan; facilitated drafting between co-founders, outsourced legal team, and plan members.• Assisted co-founder in coordinating deal terms for our largest R&D deal to date• Supported CEO in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

• Acted as technological coordinator between TwineSocial and advertising agencies for major website builds, including UBS’s 2016 international #ShareYourHero campaign, Nickelodeon’s 1990’s-themed programming block The Splat (TheSplat.com), and two new websites for high-fashion clothier Worth New York.• Directed digital production for three microsites for IKEA USA, overseeing all technical implementation of designs by IKEA’s agency and maintenance during the campaigns.• Extended key contracts from monthly to yearly commitments• Converted our largest contract (a Fortune 500 organization) to a 2-year contract, payable upfront• Sustained four or five nines uptime and maintained tech stack compliance

• Responsible for all marketing communications to more than 80,000 subscribers as well as branded ad copy for all digital and print advertisements for a then $12 million motorsports company.• Implemented joint marketing efforts with some of the industry’s largest motorsports magazines.• Crafted and implemented email marketing strategy, wrote ad copy, and produced graphic designed for three years of five-week holiday campaigns, netting a combined $1.5 million in revenue.
