Responsibilities include ensuring 100% compliance of FDA regulated systems, supporting the production of the plant operationally through the deployment and maintenance of SCADA infrastructure. Provides directional leadership for annual objectives, employee development and project management leadership. Assumed the role of Site Infrastructure Manager (SIM), being the single point of contact for Global IT communications, efforts and initiatives. Responsible for the approval, distribution and inventory management of hardware assets to the manufacturing plants, including workstations, servers and networking infrastructure. Provide oversight and management of the $2m IT Services PxQ budget for two manufacturing plants. Project manager and IT representative over the Serialization project, responsible for IT contributions (hardware & software) for a $1.5m project. Responsibilities included the design of high availability servers to facilitate the serialization of pharmaceutical products to meet FDA regulation.

Appointed Team Lead over the Americas IT Compensation group. Responsibilities included IT representation to each sales force division of Alcon, acting subject matter expert for all technologies, and the development and mentorship of team members. Designed and implemented the global compensation model, based on cumulative requirements from our US sales forces. Model included common compensation plan elements and calculation mechanisms. Deployed said model of this Global Model for the Surgical and Pharma sales forces, using Varicent ICM tool.Project manager over multiple annual projects for sales force transitions, including the execution and monitoring of a 7 month effort to deploy all necessary systems to the sales force for the turn of the year.

Supported, configured, customized and deployed imaging software, document repositories, retention software and their global integration. Ensured compliance of all systems with FDA regulation, specifically 21 CFR Part 11, 210/211 and 820. Executed quality system validation in accordance with these regulations.Appointed project manager over multiple concurrent projects for document imaging, archival and migration from legacy repositories. Project demands consist of rigorous timelines, audit compliance and international coordination, from initiation through acceptance.

Part of the project team as a web developer, primarily focused on the web components of wish lists, integrated into GoCart. GoCart was entered into the Android Developer Challenge in 2008, and won first prize.

.NET Consultant, primarily focused on ASP.NET Web Applications. Designed and implemented a web application to handle all requests for production changes or enhancements. This included submission, status tracking and reporting for change requests. Re-designed and implemented Server Inventory system. Expanded the application to account for all other equipment in Data Center, not just Servers. Converted existing single table database to a relational structure. Technologies utilized included ASP.NET 2.0 with C# and SQL Server 2000.

Developed Enterprise Solutions for ProLiant Servers, which are tools that allow for the estimation of server hardware needs. Development work included periodic debugging of framework issues with an offshore India teams. Responsible for the porting of existing Sizers application from classic ASP and C++ COM components to ASP.NET using C#. This involved the merging and integration of rewritten modules.Conducted QA tests for package components within the ProLiant Support Pack, along with software included in the SmartStart Deployment CD. Held Team Lead positions on multiple teams, which included organizing the workload between team members and handling contact with customer administration.
