My roles at Shotlandia include, Staging photographs for cookbooks. Production Assistant on video shoots for Food Network tv shows.Product testing for Lisa Shotland’s (Shotlandia’s Founder) startup “World Chef” (celebrity chef meal kits and cooking lessons)

In my first semester at Pitzer college my roommate and I started a small business called the Mac Shack. We served scratch made gourmet mac and cheese every Saturday night. It quickly became extremely popular, often serving 200+ customers a night. At Mac shack my partner and I did everything from creating the recipe, cooking, and serving; to building our brand, managing capital, and overseeing employees.

For Sandra I did the following:Painting, woodworking, and other mixed media work.Creating scale models and mockups for large commissioned sculptures.Photographing artworks for online galleries. Hanging, moving, and cleaning artworks for sale and display. Among other things.
