- Leading a team of 20+ broadcast professionals delivering over 7k weekly traffic reports over 4 dozen Radio & Television affiliates in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, The Treasure Coast, Orlando, Tampa, and Tallahassee. - We fly our Robinson R44 Helicopter Chopper 20 hours a week from (HWO) North Perry Airport. Providing aerial coverage for local Miami ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, Telemundo & Univision Television, as well as occasional national coverage on Good Morning America, CBS Mornings, The Today Show, Inside Edition and more.- Maintain Partnerships with local TMC's, County governments, utilities, Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue for information sharing and public outreach.- Partners include Florida's Turnpike / Jacobs, Florida Department of Transportation, Local Police, Fire Rescue, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, Central Florida Expressway Authority.

Project Leader to implement radio automation software at media markets throughout the country, including Beasley Broadcast Group, Audacy, Cox Media Group and others. - Each market took approximately 1.5 months to implement from beginning to end.- Demonstrated the process of the project to stakeholders, answered questions on implementation, led the conversation on best practices for a smooth transition.- Led project communication efforts, timeline/calendar, hosted calls, one on ones and identified challenges and resolutions.
