Noah is a development manager and licensed architect experienced with delivering high-performance buildings in the commercial sector in Seattle, including projects pursuing the Living Building Challenge Petal certification and LEED Platinum certification. Noah's experience with multi-disciplinary projects has granted him a strong understanding of the Seattle and Bellevue entitlements, design review, and landmarks processes.Noah has assisted with teaching courses in digital media, hand media, and passive sustainable strategies at the University of Oregon, served as a guest critic for undergraduate and graduate studios at the University of Oregon and University of Washington, and with urban ecology research based out of Barcelona. Noah earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 2015 with additional focused studies in passive sustainable strategies, computational design, business management, and political science.
