Coming out of the difficult production environments during COVID, I moved into production line leadership roles at Lion’s largest brewery where my focus was on improving line performance and engagement. I was able to reinvigorate team ownership on driving improvements through manufacturing excellence practices to improve team engagement and make small efficiency improvements. From this we integrating engineering resources into the operations team and began rolling out a Total Productive Maintenance strategy, where I lead the first pilot project which delivered great line performance improvements.
