Current• Design and implement lean manufacturing systems based on standardized Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars.• Design and implement customized hybrid Operational Excellence approaches that introduce TPM methods into existing organizational structures utilizing best-in-class tools and training without program rebranding or redundancies.• Facilitate standalone kaizen events (blitz) for specific improvement projects from charter development through control implementation.• Facilitate development of proprietary checklists including Design for Manufacturing, Design for Reliability, Design for Operability, Design for Quality, and Manufacturing Readiness to ensure loss eradication over the life of a project, vertical startup, and a continuous improvement feedback loop to replace tribal knowledge with a corporate repository of knowledge. • Provide Project Defect Analysis methodology and management through all phases of a project to identify and mitigate causation variables associated with late completion, scope creep, and over-budget delivery.• Administer immersive experiential workshops including autonomous maintenance training where a machine is restored to its baseline condition while creating a sustainment methodology (tag and defect register).• Provide organizational design for Continuous Improvement and Project Engineering departments, including implementation, defined process flow, procedures, tools, training, and skill validation.• Provide design, training, and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs to identify and execute the most cost-effective, asset-management strategies. • Provide Monte Carlo simulation modeling design, analysis, and reporting for manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, critical equipment needs (in-line spare, spare part inventory requirements), forecasted KPI data, optimal production run sequencing, and other optimization opportunities.
