My passion for connection and people, in addition to my extensive knowledge of technology and data analytics tools, has inspired me to pursue a career in software sales. My academic background at the University of Georgia has equipped me with a solid foundation in business software and tools such as BPMN, Excel, SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau, which I’ve used to troubleshoot and enhance business models and processes. Additionally, my education provided hands-on experience leading teams, creating and delivering presentations, and solving complex problems—skills that have taught me the importance of collaboration and adapting to consider diverse perspectives.As a teaching assistant, I further developed my ability to communicate effectively, explain technical concepts, and tailor solutions to meet individual needs. This experience sharpened my ability to quickly address client concerns, identify solutions on-the-spot, and ensure both client and company goals are met.I’ve also gained valuable insights from starting my own business, where I was directly involved in both B2C and B2B sales. These experiences honed my ability to negotiate deals, consider financial risk, and network with other business owners—skills I’m eager to apply in a tech sales role.
