CurrentAs head of global communications for one of the nation’s leading health care systems, I develop, execute and measure international media relations strategy for a portfolio of priority clinical service lines across international markets, including Canada, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, Bermuda and Asia. Specifically:Conceptualize best-in-class media relations strategy, counsel and proactive placement of positive messages for Mass General Brigham supporting clinical and service line priorities for Mass General Brigham’s Global Patient Services and Global Advisory portfolios, ensuring aligned messaging, positioning, awareness, goals and tactics. This includes brand integration programs; branded communication activity; patient stories; social media and marketing collateral.Set global scope of work both regionally and as an umbrella strategy for Mass General Brigham through management of multiple public relations agency partnerships, leading each agency specific to the needs of each market and reflecting the needs of a prestigious health care system.Implement robust metrics and measurement for each global agency, reporting regularly to C-level and senior leadership the success and problem-solving needed for each program. Adept with C-level executives both within Mass General Brigham and external global clients who engage our Global Advisory service to communicate and promote Mass General Brigham’s global excellence. Utilize real-time data and analytics to measure performance of communications, inform new strategies and identify new opportunities building positive conversations and share of voice across all external communications channels (traditional media, social, marketing and events).
